Exchanges
The easiest way to get the perfect fit or style is to return your original item once approved, then place a new order for your replacement
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it — no explanation needed. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about your refund status.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process it.
